Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Gi & No Gi)
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is one of the most effective martial arts in the world. The focus is on ground fighting, control, and submission techniques. Strength is not the deciding factor; technique, timing, and strategy are key.
We train in both Gi and No-Gi. In Gi, the traditional kimono offers additional grip options for a technically deep game. No-Gi is faster and more dynamic, without a uniform, and more wrestling-based.
Whether for self-defense, fitness, or competition: BJJ challenges you physically and mentally. You learn to stay calm under pressure and push yourself beyond your limits.
